We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

- You received the wrong item or it differs from what you ordered

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos of the product. Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions.
Return Requirements
All returned items must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact. For health and safety reasons, any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage may not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the full return cost and issue a full refund.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size or color), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please include this request when submitting your return. We’ll guide you through the process. No extra handling or shipping fees apply for exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and our standard return policy will apply.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees under any circumstances.
